We have a work manual that should be always respected and strictly followed. However we request our employees to give us their recommendations for its improvement.
We also urge our employees to continuously improve their skills, and to have a positive role in the conferences and seminars held by (Saudi Organization of Certified Public Accountants-SOCPA) and the chamber of commerce, in addition to participation in writing in the specialized magazines and publications.
We also encourage our employees to participate in the preparation of the office journal that we plan to issue in the near future that will be distributed to all of our clients.

Diploma: Bachelor of commerce (Accountancy) from University of Basra in 1969.
Academic Qualifications
* Advanced course in Management Accounting for six months in High bury Technical college-Portsmouth- U.K.
* CPA Course in SOCPA for three months that consisted of the following subjects:
Zakat and Income tax
Commercial regulations
Jurisprudence
Accountancy
Auditing
He took many courses and seminars in Accountancy, auditing, management and computer. Also He attended several conferences and seminars on different subjects since1966 to this date.
Work Experience
He occupied leading positions in several companies. He prepared and assisted in preparation of many financial and administrative systems, budget planning and cash flows.
